Admission conditions for 105 Ciudad Heroica

These conditions apply to all performances of 105 Ciudad Heroicaoperated by La Fantástica Entertainment S.A.S. Their purpose is to ensure the safety, comfort, and proper experience of all attendees.

By purchasing a ticket, the attendee fully agrees to the following rules.

  1. Minimum Age Requirement

  • The recommended minimum age is 12 years old..
  • Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • The Company reserves the right to deny entry to minors when a performance is deemed not suitable due to its content.

  1. Punctuality

  • The show begins at the time indicated on the ticket.
  • Late entry is not permitted once the performance has started, except at the venue staff’s discretion.
  • No refunds are issued for late arrivals.

  1. Re-entry

  • Exiting and re-entering during the performance is not permitted.
  • Re-entry may only be authorized in cases of force majeure.
